Authentic Puff Bread Vegan Receipt

it’s orgiginally the Turkish italian indian foccacia bread recipe
INGREDIENTS:
500 g (1 pound) flour
150 ml (5 fl. oz) warm milk
150 ml (5 fl. oz) warm water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp dry yeast
3 tbsp olive oil
chopped parsley, chili flakes.
For the toppping:
 20g Melted butter
Chopped parsley
In a Bowl, combine warm milk,, warm water, dry yeast,and sugar. Whisk to combine.
Stir in flour and salt, and start to mix the dough with a spatula. Then continue to knead it with your hand until you receive an elastic dough.
Massage olive oil into the dough untill smooth. Brush some oil on top, cover and let it sit for 1 Hour.
Roll the dough into a ball and divide into 6 parts. Roll each piece into a samll ball and flatten it with a rolling pin into a round shape. Hit a non stiking panover a medium-high heat.
Heat flatbread for 1 minute untill blobing on top. (bubbling)
Flip and cook on the other side for another one minute. Flip again anc cook untill swollen like 3-4 minutes.
Brush each with the melted butter.
Sprinkle with Chopped Parsley and serve.
